BUYER GUIDE / FLOCKED
Flocked vs Fabric-Laminated Insert Selection Guide
Flocked inserts and fabric-laminated PVC inserts both create premium presentation but work differently: flocking adds a short, uniform fiber surface to a formed tray, while fabric lamination wraps a formed PVC base in woven fabric for a structured textile look. The decision should follow the product, the desired display depth, the outer box and the unboxing experience.

05 / BUYER QUESTIONS
Common buyer questions
01Which is more premium: flocked or fabric-laminated?
Neither is inherently higher-end. Flocking gives soft touch and fine uniformity; fabric lamination gives textile structure and grain. The right choice follows the product and brand presentation.
02Can one box mix both?
It is possible in multi-cavity gift sets, but transitions between surfaces must be reviewed on a sample.
03How is colour confirmed?
Through a physical surface sample under agreed lighting, kept as the production reference.
04What do I need to provide?
The actual product or accurate dimensions, the outer box, desired display angle, colour target and quantity expectation.
