Tonghou makes PET, PS, PP and flocked sheet in-house. The factory has three integrated positive/negative-pressure forming machines and five high-speed thermoforming machines. We select the route for the product, then move through tooling, sampling, production, inspection and packing.

The wrong sheet can cause uneven stretching, thin areas or poor forming. Because sheet production and thermoforming are both handled in-house, the sheet, tooling and forming settings can be checked together.
We make PET, PS, PP and flocked sheet in-house. Material, thickness, colour and forming behaviour are selected for the product. If stretching is uneven, a wall becomes too thin or a shape forms poorly, we can check the sheet, tooling and forming settings together.
Three integrated machines are used for deeper cavities, complex outlines, ribs, retaining details or higher appearance requirements. Forming, in-line cutting and automatic stacking run in sequence.
Five high-speed machines are available for established designs for standard trays and inserts. The final equipment choice is confirmed from the sample and order requirements.
We review the shape and sample requirements, then choose integrated pressure forming or high-speed thermoforming.
We start with the product dimensions, loading method, box space and transport needs, then adjust the material, tray structure, tooling and forming route as one project.
