Antistatic PS Electronics Tray Guide
Antistatic PS thermoformed trays are used to organize and protect electronic parts during handling and transport. For Tonghou projects, the target surface-resistance range is 10^9 to 10^11 ohms; the required ESD behavior, measurement method, environment, geometry and service life must still be confirmed for each application.

Tonghou's antistatic PS tray projects target a surface-resistance range of 10^9 to 10^11 ohms, subject to the agreed test method.
02Is antistatic the same as conductive?
No. These terms describe different resistance behavior, so the required classification must be stated in the project specification.
03What affects the measured resistance?
Material formulation, measurement method, temperature, humidity, conditioning and test location can affect the result.
